Reservations / Payments: A completed Registration form – via online or mailed to us - and a deposit reserves your place on a MagicLight Photo Adventure Tour. Deposits in US dollars may be made via check, Paypal (credit cards accepted and a Paypal account is NOT required to use a credit card on Paypal), Google Payments, bank wire transfer or through our full-service travel agency partner: CWT Vacations Connie Nix cnix@cwtvacations.com 1-866-400-9453. Full payment of the balance is due via check or wire transfer in US dollars: 70 days prior to the departure date for 3-4 day North Carolina tours, 90 days prior to departure for 5-14 day North American tours and 120 days for World tours. If final payment is not received when due, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation Cancellation: In the event that you must cancel your tour we must receive a written notice of cancellation, at which time the following cancellation fees will apply: North Carolina & SE USA Regional 3-4 day Tours 60 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the tour fee Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of tour fee Canada & North American Tours 90 to 60 days before departure: 50% of tour fee Less than 60 days before departure: 100% of tour fee World Tours to Asia, South America, Iceland, Europe & etc. 101 days or more before departure: 100% of the deposit 100 to 80 days before departure: 50% of tour fee Less than 80 days before departure: 100% of tour fee No partial refunds will be made for unused portions or scheduled services on a trip for any reason. This also applies to tour extensions and all independent travel arrangements. Cancellation fees are not transferable. Magiclight, L.L.C. can not be held responsible for third party acts or omissions. Airline Reservations / Travel Insurance Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance. Medical evacuation insurance is also suggested for Asia and South American tours. Airfare and other travel arrangements which are not included in the tour package including trip cancellation insurance and medical emergency / evacuation insurance may be obtained through our full-service travel agency partner: CWT Vacations Connie Nix cnix@cwtvacations.com 1-866-400-9453. Travel insurance may cover the nonrefundable cancellation fees if cancelled for a covered reason. Please contact a travel advisor for more information. Rates are based on a minimum number of participants. If a trip does not have sufficient registration, a small party supplement may have to be charged in order to not cancel the tour. Cost increases may also occur unexpectedly due to rising costs of airfare, ground transport, fuel surcharges, accommodations, currency fluctuations, etc. MagicLight may be forced to amend prices and will advise you of any adjustments at least 60 days in advance of departure. MagicLight, L.L.C. acts only as an agent for the passenger in regard to travel including, but not limited to, sightseeing, meals, lodging, transportation, and all other services whether by railroad, motorcar, motor coach, boat, ship or aircraft and they assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect in any vehicle or for any reason whatsoever, or through the acts or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or in carrying out the arrangements of the trip. MagicLight, L.L.C. can accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air or other services, sickness, weather, strike, war, quarantine or other causes. All such losses or expenses will be borne by the passenger, as trip fees provide for arrangements only for the times and locations stated. Baggage is entirely at the owner's risk. MagicLight reserves the right to: (1) Substitute hotels of similar category for those indicated and to make any changes in the itinerary or transport where deemed necessary or caused by changes in air schedules or equipment substitution; (2) Cancel any trip prior to departure, in which case a full refund of the paid tour funds will be given, however MagicLight, L.L.C. is not responsible for any other trip preparation expenses such as penalized or non-refundable air tickets, visa fees or medical related expenses; (3) Substitute trip leader(s) originally specified, in which case the substitution is not a basis for cancellation or refund.
